  * Existing weather reporting systems. e.g. Met Office Voluntary Observing Ships. Can we gather data for this? (https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/weather/learn-about/how-forecasts-are-made/observations/marine-observations)
  * cf. Shipbourne Automatic Weather Station (AWS) - Met Office supplied device with Iridium uplink.
  * Voluntary Observing Ship Scheme - http://sot.jcommops.org/vos/index.html
  * Can observations of sufficient accuracy for weather modelling be taken from small boats? What about sea temperature, salinity, turbidity?

Windy, a weather forecast model display app, will accept and display readings from any station.
